Spicy African roots
Tangawizi, kitunguu saumu, manjano and ndimu. Ginger, garlic, turmeric and lemon are the start of almost every Kenyan dish. We source them from [SOURCING REGION] and crush them fresh, so the flavour in the jar is the flavour from the farm.
No peeling, no grating, no stained chopping boards. Just open the jar, sealed with our lime green tape, and cook.
How it's made
Fresh ginger, garlic, turmeric and lemons, picked for firmness and smell.
Washed, peeled and crushed into a smooth paste. [PROCESS DETAIL]
Colour, heat and texture are compared with the last batch before a jar is filled.
Sealed with the lime green tape and sent to shops across Nairobi.
